Practiced as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Logan County, West Virginia. Served as a founder and managing partner of Osenton & Adkins, LLP, in Logan, West Virginia, concentrating in estate and trust planning, probate, business law, real estate, taxation, and bankruptcy.
  • Practice has included serving as a member of the Tampa, Florida, firm of Wetherington, Hamilton, Harrison & Fair, P.A., concentrating in real estate, estate and trust planning, and business law.
